Encryption

If fonts are included in the InDesign file by Adobe's default, when an export is done, it includes an encryption.xml file. At current writing I've found no ability or way on export to prevent this. Historically this file has been a known issue on the channel level, example Apple, so this file should be removed during development.

By default the file deletion of encryption.xml is built into epub_zipper.app.
